TEAM RULES

•  A team can consist of up to 3 people, not necessarily from the same college.

•  No participant can be a part of more than 1 team.

•  There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college.

•  A participant should not submit more than 2 papers.

 

 

 

 

 

Phases   

Phase 1:

• The participants are expected to submit their paper in the IEEE format to rechzig@velhightech.com
• The papers must be within the domain of one of the categories mentioned above and not limited with it. Certain papers in each category will be selected.
• The number of selected papers may vary for different categories. The selected participants will be informed via e-mail.

 

Phase 2:

• Three hard copies of the full paper are to be submitted before the presentation.
• During the main event, the contestants will get 5 minutes to present their paper, at the end of which there will be a query session.
• The presentation should be in the ".ppt" formats.

 

RULES

• The paper should be in the IEEE format. 
• The competition is open to all UG, PG students,Delegates from industries,faculty & research scholars.
• Preference will be given to original papers. 
• The papers will be judged on:
I. Originality
II. Simplicity 
III. Objectives
IV. Methodology
V. Findings and Analysis
VI. Conclusions
VII. Implication/Application/Limitations

 

LAST DATE

The last date for submission of papers (Phase 1) is 10/08/2014.
